  Never having reviewed a business, I feel compelled to praise the service received from Cindy Kristopherson of Hughes Funeral Chapel in Hector, MN. Today, Mother, my wife and I visited my fathers grave site in Buffalo Lake and discovered the War Veterans bronze marker was missing. Unsure of whom to contact, I decided to call the Hector chapel. When Cindy answered, and I explained the situation, she took it upon herself to make calls to individuals responsible. Later, Cindy returned my call confirming that someone would try yet today or by Saturday to have the grave marker replaced in time for Memorial Day weekend. Cindy was very kind and helpful and we feel she went above and beyond anything we anticipated. My family and I are very thankful.
